Garner is home ground for this company, and it is a town built in rings: brick ranches from the sixties and seventies near downtown, then each decade's subdivisions further out, ending in the new construction pushing toward Clayton. Every ring is reaching a different remodel age at the same time — original kitchens in one, first bathroom redos in another, porches and trim on the oldest — and one crew that does all of it stays busy on every street.

The Garner brick ranch is its own remodel category. The brick shell is good for another half century, but everything attached to it is not: porch posts gone soft at the base, scalloped fascia trim flaking, original windows sweating, kitchens and baths still wearing 1978. The highest-value work in this town is exactly that combination — outside made tight and fresh, inside opened up and made current — without paying for a new house.
Garner is also growing on purpose: the corridors along Timber Drive and White Oak keep adding and turning over commercial space, and families who could move to a bigger house are choosing instead to make the one they own into the one they want. Both of those are our jobs.
Areas we work in: White Oak, Downtown Garner, Adams Point, Vandora Springs, Cleveland area, Timber Drive corridor.
