Houses and businesses, inside and out — one company for the whole job.
AZ Construction & Remodeling is Jorge's company, and its whole idea fits in his own sentence: remodeling for houses and businesses, interior and exterior, in general. Not a specialist you have to coordinate with four other specialists — the company that takes the project from demolition to the final walkthrough.
The photographs on this site are the company's own work: the barbershop with the hexagon ceiling, the rebuilt porches, the tile, the finished rooms. That is the portfolio — real jobs, not stock photos.
The most expensive part of a remodel is usually the gaps between trades — the week lost between the drywall crew and the painter, the finish nobody owns. Here there are no gaps to fall into: the same company runs demolition, framing, drywall, floors, tile, paint, roof and siding, and one person answers for all of it.
Every job starts with a free estimate, and the estimate is written — scope, materials and price on paper before anything gets demolished. If opening a wall changes the picture, you hear it then, with the change priced, before the work continues. Most contractor horror stories are not about skill; they are about a number that grew in the dark.
The estimate, the questions and the walkthroughs happen in whichever language is easier for you — Jorge and Frida run the company in both. Either way you are talking to the people whose name is on the work, not a call center.
